Food Bank appeal this Saturday vs Coventry Blaze

The Fife Flyers, in association with the Fife Flyers Official Supporters Club, can confirm this Saturday’s home game (13 December 2025) against the Coventry Blaze will once again host the club’s annual Food Bank Appeal.

Flyers fans are invited to bring their items to donate to help those in need over the festive period, who wishes to take the opportunity.

All you have to do is bring your donations to the van, which will be parked in the Fife Ice Arena car park and the team there will take what you have from you.

This year, donations will be supporting Glenrothes Foodbank and Kirkcaldy Foodbank, a local organisation that provides vital assistance to families and young people in need during the festive season.

All donations of non perishable food are welcome and no matter what you can give, it will be warmly appreciated as we head into the festive season and your contribution will be of benefit someone at this time of year.

While most items are always appreciated, please, if you can, look to donate any of the following items and they are more urgently required:

– Coffee

– Hot Chocolate

– Long Life Milk

– Sugar

– Cartons of Custard

– Yule Logs

– Sweets

– Cold Meat (long expiry date)

– Tinned / Jarred meats (hotdogs, chilli etc)

Whether it’s something small, something large, or anything in between. Whatever you can donate will be greatly appreciated by the club, and both Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy Foodbanks, and most importantly, everybody who will benefit.

We encourage all supporters attending Saturday’s game to get involved and help us spread some festive cheer throughout our community. Your generosity can make the season brighter for local families who need it most.

Thank you, Flyers fans, for your ongoing kindness and support.
