GAME DAY: What’s going on in Fife Ice Arena – Sunday 30th November

The weekend so far has just that been a little better and Fife Flyers have a chance to take that feelgood factor into a new week.

Flyers fans everywhere have had a smile etched on their face since Friday night, but it’s back to the serious business of picking up more point, starting here.

Before we get into all that you need to know, we’re here to tell you what you can expect around Fife Ice Arena on this Sunday night.

TICKETS

As ever, we’d love to have you here so if you’re undecided about coming, don’t be.  Tickets remain available now and can be bought either online or by visiting the Fife Ice Arena box office, open 60 minutes from face off.

Face off is at 5:00pm.

ENTERTAINING THE DEVILS

You don’t see Devils for ages and then three come along at once.  Or is that buses?

It’s a third Sunday in a row where the Flyers and Cardiff go head-to-head as Paul Thompson’s side make the trip to Kirkcaldy.

Both sides enjoyed victory on Friday with Devils thrashing Guildford Flames 7-1 at home, so it’s an opportunity for either side to end the weekend with maximum points.  Form will tell you Cardiff would be favourites, but you just never know.

THE STATE OF PLAY

The points column for Fife is looking slightly healthier than the last time we saw it and there’s work to do, but the standings are certainly looking interesting as we reach the end of November.

TONIGHT’S JERSEYS

Tonight, our special edition St Andrew’s Day jerseys will be worn for this meeting against the Devils, with thanks to our friends at Cross Check Clothing and will be auctioned off post game (more information below).

Prior to the game, the players will don special edition Warm Up jerseys which will be up for grabs in our Shirt off the Back draw

POST GAME AUCTION

What’s happening with those rather smart looking jerseys, we hear you ask?  They will be auctioned off so simply make your way to Block B after the post-game presentations where you can take part in the auction.  Spectators should make their way to Blocks A and C.

Further information on the auction can be found here.

PRIZE CENTRAL

Shirt off the Back – Up for grabs tonight is a full team of St Andrew’s Day special edition Warm Up jerseys and for only £1 a ticket, there are more chances to win.

Keep hold of your tickets and check our social media channels for the winning numbers during the third period to find out if you’re a winner.

PLEASE NOTE: Numbers won’t be announced individually due to the volume of prizes.

Chuck a Puck – You know the drill. Purchase your pucks, wait until the second period break then chuck them at Geordie Munro, standing in centre ice.  The closest puck to Geordie wins our amazing prize.

50/50 Draw – Who fancies leaving with more money than you arrived with? Of course you do and our 50/50 draw gives you the chance to do that.  Buy a ticket and you’re in with a chance.  The more you buy, the bigger the prize.

Tickets cost £1 a go for all games.

FIRST PERIOD BREAK ENTERTAINMENT

We’re delighted to welcome Danielle Law Dancing School Highland Dancers who will take to the ice for your entertainment to showcase their latest routine.

Don’t go anywhere for that one.

MERCHANDISE

With Christmas just a few weeks away, make sure you make the most of your trip to the Auld Barn with a trip to the merchandise stall and pick up a souvenir or two.

Jerseys, hoodies, keyrings – we’ve got plenty to choose from so come along and browse what we have and hopefully there will be something that takes your fancy.

We’ve also got our brand-new online shop up and running too so check out what we have there on the Fife Flyers Online Store.
