The Panthers made it five consecutive wins against the Flyers.
The Flyers trailed for 15:30 in the game, the shortest time in arrears to an opponent over the last 9 games.
Kieran Craig scored the Flyers first shorthanded goal of the season. The Flyers were the only team without a shortie on the season.
The last Flyers player to score shorthanded was Teemu Pulkkinen in February 2024.
Nottingham have now conceded 6 shorthanded goals which equals both Dundee and Manchester as most across all EIHL competitions this season.
