The Flyers failed to make it back to back wins in Cardiff for the first time ever in the EIHL era.
Flyers 22 shots on goal was their lowest total this season in a game which included their lowest shots total for a period with 5 in the 2nd
The Flyers penalty kill was 5 for 6 which equals the most kills in a game this season.

Fife Flyers 5 Glasgow Clan 8 – Challenge Cup
Lucas Chiodo now has goals in five of six games this season.
Congratulations to Tyler Heidt who scored his first goal of the season which was also the first from a Flyers blueliner.
Clan’s opening goal in 8 seconds is a new record for the fastest goal conceded by the Flyers in the EIHL – the previous fastest was 10 seconds which against Belfast at home on 17/11/13 and last season in Manchester on 27th October.
Cole Ully’s hattrick was the 10th by a Clan player against the Flyers in the EIHL
It was the second hat trick for Ully against the Flyers as he scored a trick last season for Cardiff.
Gary Haden is now the all-time leading scorer for the Clan against the Flyers with his 17th goal overtaking Scott Pitt.
Shane Owen will be credited with an assist on Flyers 4th goal, it is his 9th point in his Flyers career.
Fynn Page dressed in his first game of the season for the Flyers.
Flyers have now conceded the opening goal in all six of their matches so far this season.
The 26 shots given up in the opening period is the most by Flyers in a period this season. The four goals conceded is also a season high for a period.
The Flyers had 8 powerplays which is the most in a game this season.
The Flyers have conceded a power play goal in each of their last three games which is also a season high streak.
Lucas Chiodo, Phélix Martineau, Austin Farley and Johnny Curran are all a point a game or better in all EIHL competitions this season.
