After parting ways with Kevin Lindskoug earlier this week, Shane Owen was expected to fully return to the ice this weekend.

Due to family commitments, Owen was unable to travel to Manchester with the team today.

As a direct result, Fife Flyers Ice Hockey Club moved quickly this morning to sign emergency cover.

Finnish goaltender Dominik Salama is currently en route to Manchester and we aim to have him start in tonight’s game.
