REECE HARSCH DEPARTS FIFE FLYERS

Fife Flyers Ice Hockey Club would like to thank Canadian defenceman Reece Harsch having granted his request to leave the Club. Harsch leaves with immediate effect after serving his notice period and icing in his last game on Wednesday night vs Guildford Flames in the Challenge Cup Quarter Final.

The 24 year old first joined Fife Flyers in 2022, for his first full pro season and was one of a handful of returning faces during Tom Coolen’s rebuild.

In his inaugural season with the club, Harsch amassed 18 points in 61 appearances in a season that saw the team reach the Challenge Cup Final.

Prior to joining the Fife Flyers, Harsch played a number of seasons in the WHL before heading to the University of Manitoba. From there, Harsch joined the pro ranks, icing in the AHL with the Abbotsford Canucks and in the ECHL with Toledo Walleye.

Everyone at Fife Flyers would like to wish Reece the best of luck for the future on and off the ice.
