If you bought tickets to our game originally scheduled for Sun 29th October, we have an update on

If you have contacted us previously for a refund, this will now have been processed, or if you asked for your tickets to be transferred to another game currently on sale, this should now have been actioned. If this is not the case, please email tickets@fifeflyers.co.uk

If you have not requested a ticket transfer or refund, your tickets for the game on Sun 29th Oct have been transferred to the next Sheffield Steelers fixture at Fife Ice Arena, which will be Sun 10th Dec 2023, 5.15pm Face Off.

You do not need new tickets, your original tickets, booking and barcodes have been transferred to this game, so you can use tickets dated 29th Oct to gain access to this game.

If you cannot make this date, and would like to transfer your 29th Oct booking to another game on sale, or would like a refund, please email tickets@fifeflyers.co.uk and we can arrange this.

Please ensure you quote your original Order ID when contacting us (Order ID will be a 5 digit reference e.g. 44321)
