Pre-season camp started this morning, putting the full team through their paces on fitness and medical testing at Fife College

Fife Flyers would like to thank Caitlyn, owner of The Recovery Lab Fife and the Fife Flyers Head Sports Injury Therapist, who will be looking after all the players this season for organising the testing.

We also thank, Lindy and Dave, our team doctors for running medicals and a massive thanks to the HND fitness / strength and conditioning students who helped run and collect all the data on each player.

We are proud and excited of the new team and the new staff we have working together to smash this season.
