The Fife Flyers are pleased to announce that Reece Harsch has put pen to paper and agreed terms for the 2023/24 season. The 6ft 4inch blueliner, a native of Grande Prairie Alberta Canada, returns after amassing 14 points in 50 appearances last season.
On the signing of Harsch, Coach Tom Coolen commented, “Reece will be going into his second season and I have heard many good evaluations regarding his game. He gives us good size and mobility on the back end to assist in our defensive game.”
A club spokesman added, “Reece played an understated role at times last season and with his size, range and natural ability, the club feels he has the potential to make a big impact this year. We hope to have him in a role to showcase his natural offensive capability while also depending on him to lead the way in being a grittier and more physical presence.”
Commenting on his return Harsch said “I feel like there is some unfinished business in Fife. The team looks great and I’m excited to get back and meet everyone.”
