Fife Flyers Sign Czech Netminder Dominik Groh for 2026/27

Fife Flyers are delighted to announce the signing of Czech goaltender Dominik Groh for the 2026/27 season.

The 28-year-old arrives in Fife with extensive experience across Czechia and Europe, adding quality and depth between the pipes ahead of the new campaign.

A product of the youth systems in Pardubice and Mladá Boleslav, the 6’3″ goaltender has built a reputation as a reliable and athletic netminder throughout his professional career.

Most recently, Groh played for Sterzing/Vipiteno of the AlpsHL, where in his most recent season he played 40 games with a save percentage of .922.

Speaking on the addition of Groh, Head Coach Tim Wallace said “Dominik has been a consistent player throughout his career, and I’m excited to see what he can do in a Flyers uniform.”

“He is a big body who moves well, plays a sound technical game, and brings a strong presence to our group. He was excited about the opportunity to come to Fife, and we’re looking forward to helping him push his game to the next level.”

Groh becomes the latest addition to the Flyers roster as preparations continue for the 2026/27 season, bringing valuable professional experience and a proven track record to Fife Ice Arena.
