We would like to advise Flyers fans that our planned Kids Takeover theme, originally scheduled for THIS WEDNESDAY’s (15 October 2025) game vs Nottingham Panthers, has been postponed.

The Kids Takeover night will now take place on Saturday 10 January 2026 vs the Sheffield Steelers (7:00pm face-off).

At this time, we don’t feel we’re in a position to deliver the night to the standard it deserves. As the theme is held in support of CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland) and to recognise the contribution of the younger generation of Flyers fans, we want to ensure that when it does go ahead, it’s a fun night for all while raising the awareness and funds our charity partner truly deserves.

We understand this will be disappointing for many of our younger fans who were looking forward to taking part, but we believe this decision will allow us to make the event better when it’s rescheduled. Rest assured in the run-up to the new date in January, we will be inviting kids to apply for various game night roles as the Kids literally takeover.

We’d like to thank all our supporters for their understanding and continued support of both the Flyers and CHAS.

PLEASE NOTE, this does not mean that Wednesday’s home game vs Nottingham Panthers (7:30pm face-off) has been postponed, the EIHL game is still going ahead as planned.
