The Fife Flyers can confirm our line-up of club events and theme nights for the 2025/26 season. As we prepare for an exciting season of hockey, we invite all our fans to join us for these special occasions at Fife Ice Arena. Here’s what we have planned:
SATURDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER 2025 VS DUNDEE – OKTOBERFEST
The Flyers are bringing a taste of Bavaria to Kirkcaldy with our Oktoberfest-themed night, complete with traditional German music and themed decorations. The Flyers faithful can enjoy German-inspired food and drinks while cheering on the team in a lively, beer-hall atmosphere. There will be a full team warm-up Shirt off the Back draw and a full team game worn jersey auction.
TUESDAY 7TH OCTOBER 2025 – OWN & LOAN HANDOVER NIGHT
The night where Own & Loaners will meet their players for the first time, have their jerseys presented to their players, have your photo taken with them, as we thank everyone that has supported us with an Own & Loan package. Venue TBC.
WEDNESDAY 15TH OCTOBER 2025 VS NOTTINGHAM – KIDS TAKEOVER & BRING A BUDDY
It’s Half Term and school is out, as the younger Flyers fans takeover Fife Ice Arena for the night as assistant announcers, assistant DJ’s, assistant game day ops, assistant 50/50 sellers etc. We’re also supporting our official charity partner, CHAS on the night via bucket collections, a full team warm-up Shirt off the Back draw and a full team game worn jersey auction.
It’s Kids for a Quid night , while 2025/26 Season Ticket Holders will be invited to Bring a Buddy with them for the first time during the campaign.
Our 2nd Bring a Buddy night will be announced in the 2nd half of the season.
SATURDAY 25TH OCTOBER 2025 VS COVENTRY – HALLOWEEN
Fife Ice Arena will be transformed into a spooky spectacle for Halloween Night, with fans encouraged to show off their best Halloween costumes and eerie decorations around the rink. Trick-or-treat stations and themed contests added a hauntingly fun twist to the thrilling on-ice action. There will be a full team warm-up Shirt off the Back draw and a full team game worn jersey auction.
SATURDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2025 VS NOTTINGHAM – ARMED FORCES / REMEMBERANCE
Our Armed Forces and Remembrance Night will honour servicemen and women, including a minutes of silence and special ceremonies before the puck drop. Fans are invited to wear their poppies with pride, in a show of respect throughout Fife Ice Arena.
SUNDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2025 VS CARDIFF – ST ANDREWS
St. Andrew’s Night will bring our proud Scottish spirit to the rink, with fans encouraged to wear their kilts while enjoying the traditional Scottish music. There will be a full team warm-up Shirt off the Back draw and a full team game worn jersey auction.
SUNDAY 7TH DECEMBER 2025 VS NOTTINGHAM – TOYBANK APPEAL
With Christmas just around the corner, fans will be encouraged to support a local Toybank appeal by bringing new, unwrapped toys, helping spread joy to children in need during the holiday season. Together, the team and community aim to make a big difference and brighten countless young lives.

With Christmas just around the corner, fans will be invited to donate non-perishable items to help support local families in need during the festive period. Every contribution will make a meaningful impact, showing the power of the hockey community!
SATURDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2025 VS GLASGOW – CHRISTMAS CRACKER
The arena will sparkle with festive cheer for Christmas Night, featuring holiday music, seasonal decorations, and fans in their best Christmas jumpers. Special activities and surprises will make it a magical evening of hockey and holiday spirit for the whole family. SATURDAY 28TH DECEMBER 2025 VS BELFAST – CHRISTMAS SKATE WITH THE FLYERS
Fans will be invited to Skate with the Flyers after the game, stepping onto the ice alongside their favourite players. This unique experience lets supporters get up close, take photos, and create unforgettable memories in a fun, interactive setting.
SUNDAY 4TH JANUARY 2026 VS MANCHESTER – ROCK THE RINK
Fife Ice Arena will roar with energy for Rock the Rink, featuring classic rock tunes, themed decorations, and fans invited to rock out in band-inspired attire. The high-octane soundtracks will set the stage for an electrifying game full of excitement and edge-of-your-seat action.
