Last night, as play was commencing between Fife and Sheffield, our web stream suffered a major issue. This took around 20 minutes to resolve leaving webcast viewers unable to view the game until 5 mins before the end of the first period. The webcast continued for the remaining two periods without issue.

We apologise for the lack of service during that time and, as mentioned during the webcast, we believe we should offer a refund for the missed portion of the game. A refund of £5 is now available for any webcast viewer affected.

To claim the refund, please email livesupport@247.tv with confirmation of the email address you used to log into the webcast. We ask that all claims are made before 5pm on Friday 19th April 2024. These will be processed this week.
