Fife Flyers Season Tickets 2022/23 cont.
Fife Flyers are delighted to confirm that Season Ticket renewals for the 22/23 Season will be launched on Mon 30th May at 10am, online.
Please note that we will be offering Season Ticket Renewals for previous Season Ticket Holders in the first instance, before opening up the system to New Season Ticket Applications on 10th July 2022.
The Box Office will be open on Wednesdays 2-6pm and Fridays 1-5pm throughout the summer (May - July, except on Fri 3rd June due to the Public Holiday), for those who would like to pay via Direct Debit or in Cash.
If you are paying via Card Payment, we would recommend using the Online Renewals process.
Firstly, please find below the Season Ticket Prices and Options, followed by the time line for the application process, as well as a summary on how to apply online or via the Box Office.

Renewal of Previous Season Tickets open from 10am Mon 30th May - Fri 8th July at Midnight.
NEW Applications open from 10am on Mon 10th July - Mon 1st August at Midnight
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY SEASON TICKET APPLICATIONS AFTER
1st August 2022. The application process will close at Midnight on 1st August, with the Season Ticket Event being taken off general sale on this date, to allow us to lock in the purchased seats for the full season, issue barcodes for these seats, get cards printed & tested, and also then create the league and cup games, with Season Ticket Seats booked out for all League Games. We will look to also hold these seats for CC games, to allow ST Holders to purchase these seats for these games.
Cards should be available for collection from Fife Ice Arena (keep an eye on your emails, Flyers Website and Social Media for details) at the beginning of Sept 2022.
How to Renew:
Renewing Adult, Concession or Child Tickets OR looking to move seat or change your ticket type (pay by Credit or Debit Card):
If you are a previous season ticket holder, you will be able to renew your seat online via the website by clicking on the Tickets tab on our website www.fifeflyers.co.uk and using your unique barcode number, which can be found on your previous season ticket card.
If you cannot find your card or have lost it, please email email@example.com to request your barcode number and we can send this over to you.
If there are no changes to the type of card you are renewing, when you login with your unique barcode, you will see your previous seats highlighted on the seating chart, with a tick on them, you can simply click "add to basket" and then proceed to check client details and make your payment.
If you would like to change your seats or change the ticket type (from Child to Concession or Adult to Concession etc) follow the steps above, however, when you see your previous seats highlighted, click on them to "un-tick" them and then simply choose the seats you would like to book, from the available seats on display and select the ticket type as you do this (Adult, Child etc).
When booking online you will need to make full payment in order to secure your renewal, using a Credit or Debit Card at the time of booking.
If you Previously had a Family Ticket which included an Additional Child Ticket and want to renew these or add this Ticket type to your order, or if you Want to Pay via Cash or Direct Debit:
If you would like to renew your Family Season Tickets or purchase any Additional Child Season Tickets, please either email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the Box Office Wed 2-6pm & Fri 1-5pm to renew or make changes.
**Proof of Concession
Please note that Proof of Concession should be emailed to email@example.com if renewing online, or if renewing direct with the Box Office, proof of concession should be provided at the time of booking.
If you would like to pay by Cash at the time of renewal, this can be done on a Wed 2-6pm or a Fri 1-5pm (May - July 2022)
If you would like to pay via Direct Debit, you will have to pay a £50 deposit to secure your booking, per seat booked, then future payments will be taken on the 30th of the Month from 30th Aug onwards. Again, we would ask you to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your renewal details and completed DD form, or you can visit the Box Office on a Wed 2-6pm or a Fri 1-5pm (May - July 2022).
Direct Debit Application forms can be downloaded from our website and should be completed and returned to us via email or handed in/posted to the Box Office.
Payments (less the £50 deposit/s) will be spread over 5 months (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec) being taken on the 30th of each month. Please note that there is a £15 Administration Fee to set up the Direct Debit which will be added to your monthly collections at a rate of £3 per month.
**Please note that a Credit Check will be performed when applying for a Direct Debit ST. Direct Debit application will only be accepted if a strong credit rating is returned. Management have the right to refuse application if there have been historical issues with meeting payment terms and deadlines.
