Christmas toy appeal 2021/22.
Fife Flyers Annual Christmas Toy Appeal will take place this year on Sunday 12th December 2021 at the home game against Manchester Storm.
Each year, toys are donated by Flyers fans and collected in by the Flyers on behalf of The Gift of Christmas Appeal Fife, a registered charity who assist vulnerable and disadvantaged families in the local area. The toys/gifts are distributed to these families in time for Christmas.
The toys can be handed to the Fife Flyers Supporters Club at their booth on the night of 12 December 2021. They will collect and store them ready for collection by the charity.
Alternatively, fans can hand toys / gifts in to the rink office or to the Flyers office on any match night prior to and including Sunday 12th December 2021.
We are extremely grateful to Babcock Rosyth, who also collect in toys for the appeal and have contributed a vast quantity of donations over the years.
Please note that only NEW toys/gifts can be accepted and we must also ask that you do not gift wrap the gifts in advance, as the Charity requires to see what has been donated in order to distribute accordingly. Donations of gift wrap are however more than welcome if you wish.
The Charity work with children of all ages therefore gifts for boys and girls from babies to age 16 are gratefully received however they have advised that there is a real need for gifts for teenage boys and girls and would be grateful if donations could be made for that age group (gift cards are fine if unsure of type of gift to purchase)
