  • Tuesday - 2pm to 6pm
  • Wednesday - 2pm to 6pm
  • Thursday - 2pm to 6pm
  • Friday - 2pm to 6pm
  • Saturday - 12pm to 4pm and from doors open on game day. 
  • Sunday - CLOSED (Unless there is a Flyers home game, in which case tickets on sale 12 to 4pm and from doors open).

Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Entry

By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions as stated on this ticket

This ticket grants you a right of entry to attend and occupy a space or seat at the Event as printed and stipulated on this ticket overleaf. Please ensure you retain this ticket at all times. Access to the event will NOT be permitted without a valid ticket. Valid tickets will be scanned and accepted at our security points located at the main entrance. Please note that we may ask to see your ticket at any time before or during the event, please ensure you keep your ticket safe and on your person throughout the event.

You agree that you may be subject to security searches and security checks to ensure safety within the venue. No tickets may be cancelled or returned once purchased, unless the event is cancelled by the event promoter, then you may be offered a ticket to an alternative event. If you leave the venue during the event, without passing through the appropriate entry and exit scanning points, re-entry to the venue may not be possible.

Events may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled. No refunds or exchanges shall be offered or given other than as set out in the Terms & Conditions. Tickets shall remain the property of Fife Flyers Ltd. Duplicate tickets may be re-printed if lost, stolen or damaged, only upon proof of purchase.

Tickets must not be made available for sale or transfer (including the use of tickets in lotteries or competitions) without the express authorisation of Fife Flyers Ltd. Tickets obtained from persons other than directly from Fife Flyers Ltd or from a person authorised by Fife Flyers Ltd shall be void and may be seized and/or cancelled without refund or entry to the event. Unauthorised resale of this ticket may result in criminal prosecution.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry to you at the event and to remove you from the event venue, if it is believed you may cause a risk to the safety or security of the event or the enjoyment of the event by others. Please check with the venue regarding prohibited items, if you are found to be in possession of prohibited items, you will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be applicable. Prohibited items include alcohol, hot & cold beverages and food consumables purchased out with the venue. Smoking is not permitted within the venue at any time. No sharp objects or items deemed as dangerous weapons are permitted at any time. You accept the risks and dangers of attending the event. Please keep an eye on the puck at all times. Fowl or abusive language will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave if you are in breach of this condition. Ice hockey is a family sport to be enjoyed by all ages, please bear this in mind when attending Fife Flyers Ltd events.

Food & Drink

  • Only Food or Drink purchased from the venue should be consumed in the venue.
  • Food or drink purchased out with the venue will not be permitted.

If you have any medical conditions/allergies/young children etc which may result in this policy being broken, please contact a member of staff on arrival at the venue.


  • Holdalls, luggage, oversized bags are not permitted.
  • Small bags are permitted but may be subject to searches.

Other Prohibited Items

  • Glass, cans, aluminium/plastic bottles or thermoses of any kind including liquid products which can be consumed & have not been purchased on site.
  • Flammable liquids in any container
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Video cameras and professional cameras (only to be used by event crew)
  • Laptop computers, IPads and Go Pro’s (only to be used by event crew)
  • Large/golf umbrellas
  • Knives or weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Air horns
  • Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, footballs etc)
  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, deodorant etc )
  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays
  • Balloons
  • Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards
  • Masks and Helmets
  • Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others.

Ice hockey is a dangerous sport. In the interests of your own safety please keep your eye on the puck at all times.

Elite Ice Hockey League

The Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) is a professional ice hockey league in the United Kingdom formed in 2003. The league currently consists of 10 teams, with Belfast (NIR), Cardiff (WAL), Coventry (ENG), Dundee (SCO), Fife (SCO), Glasgow (SCO), Guildford (ENG), Manchester (ENG), Nottingham (ENG) and Sheffield (ENG).
