Paul Crowder

Fife Flyers are delighted to confirm the return of 34 year old Canadian forward Paul Crowder for a 2nd season.

Crowder is currently icing in Australia in the AIHL for the Sydney Ice Dogs alongside his brother Tim Crowder who spent last season with Coventry Blaze.

Last season the Victoria native registered 61 points from 56 games, scoring 26 goals and 35 assists, taking his EIHL total to 42 goals and 52 assists in 117 games having spent 2017/18 with the Cardiff Devils

Speaking about his return to Fife, Crowder said the following "My family and I are excited to be back in Fife. It was a no brainer for me when I was thinking about coming back. I am looking forward to the beginning of the season and chasing the title."

Head coach Todd Dutiaume spoke highly of the capture of the 6'3" forward, saying "Paul exceeded most peoples expectations offensively last season and his unfortunate injury was a huge loss for the club.

"We've always worked hard to keep good people at this club and Paul and his family were always going to be an easy decision for us.

"Fit, healthy and playing all summer we'll look forward to Paul to provide more of that magic that was instrumental in making us such an offensive threat."
