Christmas Toy Appeal

This year, Fife Flyers Annual Christmas Toy Appeal will take place on Saturday 15th December 2018 at the home game against Guildford Flames.

Each year, toys are donated by Flyers fans and collected in by the Flyers players on behalf of the Family and Community Support Team (FACST) who work in conjunction with various charities throughout Fife, who assist vulnerable and disadvantaged families in the local area. The toys/gifts are distributed to these families in time for Christmas.

The Flyers players will remain on the ice at the end of the game (following man of the match and on ice presentations) to collect the toy/gift donations from the fans around the boards.

Alternatively, fans can hand toys / gifts in to the rink office or to the Flyers office on any match night prior to and including Saturday 15th December 2018.

We are extremely grateful to our sponsors Barnetts of St Andrews and Babcock Rosyth. Both will be collecting in toys for the appeal, and who helping to transport the gifts off the ice in one of their vehicles on the night!

Please note that only NEW toys/gifts can be accepted and we must also ask that you do not gift wrap the gifts in advance, as the Charity requires to see what has been donated in order to distribute accordingly. Donations of gift wrap are however more than welcome if you wish.

FACST work with children of all ages therefore gifts for boys and girls from babies to age 16 are gratefully received.

If you would like to make a donation to the Flyers Annual Xmas Toy Appeal, please feel free to do so at any of the upcoming home games between now and Saturday 15th Dec 2018. If you can stick around post-match, then we would welcome you rink side to pass your donations direct to the Flyers players.
