18 year old Brodie returns following his rookie season last campaign on a two-way contract where he split his time between the Flyers, Kirkcaldy Kestrels and the Fife Falcons. For the U19 Falcons he returned 13 goals and 10 assists in 16 games and was third on team scoring. In the Scottish National League regular season he had 4 goals and 9 assists with a further goal and two assists in the two Playoff and two Scottish Cup games. He also registered two assists in three Northern League games for the Kestrels. His EIHL ice time was significantly dictated by how many tight encounters the Flyers found themselves in but his 26 games on the bench and practice time allowed him to better understand the step up to senior hockey. Brodie capped his season with a fine showing for the GB U18’s where Poland won the 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship Division II Group A by posting a perfect 5-0 record on home ice in Sosnowiec. The clear class of the tournament, the Poles outscored their opponents 34-5 with GB scoring four of those goals conceded. GB won the silver medal with Brodie getting two goals including the game winner against Croatia along with another against the Netherlands to finish the tournament with five points. He was with the GB U20 team before the season started for Watersley International Ice Hockey Tournament at the Glanerbrook Ice Rink in the Netherlands.
