Fife Flyers Pre-season Game – Season Ticket Holder Update

During the 2019/20 Season, unfortunately there were 2 games from the Season Ticket package that were not played.

Instead of refunding these games, the club offered to add them in to the 2020/21 season.

As there was no 2020/21 season, these games will be offered during the 2021/22 season, at the discretion of the club.

Fife Flyers can confirm that 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders will be given a ticket to the Pre-Season game on Sat 18th Sept Vs Dundee Stars, as well as one other game tbc this season (Either a CC semi-final/final or play-off game).

How to claim your ticket for the Pre-Season Game if you are a previous or new Season Ticket Holder

As some 2019/20 season ticket holders have renewed seats for the 2021/22 season and some have not, and some seats from 19/20 have been released as not renewed and have now been purchased by others, it is not possible to offer the same seats to both sets of fans. Therefore, the easiest way for the Box Office to facilitate the allocation of the tickets for this game is as follows:

 - If you were a previous 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder, you will be allocated a seat, by the club, in one of our available blocks. The club will select these seats on your behalf, and leave the ticket(s) for you, in your name, at the Ticket Collection Desk on Sat 18th Sept, for collection. You will need to bring your 2019/20 season ticket with you, if you have it, or ID if you do not still have it.

 - If you were a previous season ticket holder in 2019/20 and have renewed for the 2021/22 season, we would be happy to issue you a ticket for your 2021/22 seats. You can either do this direct with the Box Office, in person, during the Box Office hours stated below or by emailing to confirm that you were a previous season ticket holder and would like your 2021/22 seat for this game. We can then allocate your 2021/22 seats and leave these tickets at ticket collection for you (if you have emailed) or if you come in, in person, you will be issued your tickets there and then.

 - If you are a new season ticket holder for the 2021/22 season, and you did not have a season ticket in 2019/20, your seats will be held in the Box Office for you to purchase, until 4pm on Friday 17th September. After this time, any seats not purchased, will be released on general sale.

The Box Office will be open as follows from Mon 13th Sept to Sat 18th Sept:

Mon 13th  & Tues 14th Sept:  10am - 2pm

Wed 15th & Thurs 16th Sept:  10am - 6pm
