End of Season Update & Refund Options

Fife Flyers would like to thank all of our fans, sponsors and partners for their patience during this unprecedented time.

This has been a very difficult and uncertain time for the Flyers Staff, Players and Directors. The health of our staff and players is extremely important to us and has been of high priority over the past few weeks.

We have now managed to successfully get all of our players home and can now focus our attentions on the two cancelled games at the end of March.

We have two options available for those who purchased tickets for our Cancelled Home Games on Sat 14th & Sat 28th March 2020.

Firstly can we say that this has been an extremely challenging time for all at Fife Flyers and we really do appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time. Unfortunately, as a small club, we really do live week to week on our game night revenue and we essentially use the money generated by game tickets to pay the bills and to keep this team functioning week to week. Therefore, as cash flow is a concern and the lack of revenue from these two games has severely affected our projected income for the season, we would ask fans, where possible, to consider taking a flexi-pass in the form of a gift voucher where possible. Obviously we understand that this may not be possible for some, and therefore we will be issuing refunds to those who require them.

For our Season Ticket Holders, we will not be offering refunds but we will be offering an additional 2 games in the package for 2020/2021 to cover the 2 games that were missing in the 2019/20 season, more details regarding this and the season ticket package for 2020/21 will be released as soon as possible. Again, we thank you for your patience during this time and will update you again as soon as we are in a position to do so, regarding the 2 extra games and next seasons season ticket plans.

Option 1: Refund for game night ticket transaction (excluding any online fees)

Option 2: Issue of Gift Vouchers for the value of your game night transaction (excluding any online fees). These vouchers can be emailed to you and used for any home game during the 2020/21 season, excluding warm up games, and can be used on game night or on advance purchases, at the box office only (not available for use online).

If you would like a refund, please email

If you would like a gift voucher, please email

When emailing, please use either Ticket Refund and your Name in the subject for refund requests,

Gift Voucher and your name for gift voucher requests,

And in the main body of your email please include the following details:

 - The date of the Game you are claiming for

 - The name of the lead customer/person who booked the tickets

 - Whether the tickets were booked ONLINE or at the BOX OFFICE

 - Preferred contact email address (If booked online, the order number/ticket reference, if booked via the Box Office, the Block, Row & Seat Numbers Booked in the transaction and the total amount paid.)

 - Online purchases will be refunded back to the card that made the original purchase.

 - For Box Office Purchases or Group Bookings, the refund will be made via BACs transfer, therefore we will need the Account Number and Sort Code of the lead customer/person who booked  the tickets and the refund will be issued to them.

We will be in a position to start issuing refunds from Tuesday 7th April 2020 (as we will need to transfer money & generate funds to facilitate the refund process).

Thanks again for your continued support.
