Travel club: play-off weekend (30.03.2020)

The league has been suspended following the corona virus outbreak.

TRAVEL CLUB: Playoff Ticket & Hotel Refund.

Following on from the EIHL announcement, we have already requested ticket refunds.

As stated by the league, the box office in Nottingham is dealing with many thousands of enquiries following the cancellation of dozens of events in addition to the ice hockey and the box office operation has been significantly reduced due to the enforced closure of the building, so please bear with them.

What we shall ask in the meantime is that the main person who made the original booking via the travel club to please email with the following information.

 - Full Name

 - Contact Number

 - Bank Details (Name on account, sort code & account number)

 - Confirmation of booking (ie if a group booking has been made, along with names, so the refund is not proceed to    different individuals twice).

 - Confirmation of a refund (ie confirming that you wish a full refund, the Tickets for the Magic 5 weekend or to roll     your booking over to next seasons playoffs).

For all those who booked a room via the travel club, we are still awaiting confirmation as to when this refund will also be processed, again we will keep everyone posted as and when we do.

Due to the volume of bookings, we are not able to process individual refunds for tickets, bus & hotel separately. We shall only be processing one full refund, once all monies has been collected.

Due to these unprecedented times, we cannot give a date to when this will be with everyone, but please bear with us, we are working hard behind the scenes to get this back to everyone as soon as possible.

Once again, thank you for you time and patience during these unprecedented time’s.

Regards Travel Club
