Fife Flyers are delighted to announce that local business Scott Gibson Bodyshop will be our main sponsor for the new 2026/27 season.
“This is the biggest commercial agreement in the 88-year history of the club” said new Chief Executive Officer John Brown “Scott and his family have been nothing but supportive since I arrived at the Auld Barn, and we’re delighted he agreed to take his support to the next level”.
“He is a popular person in and around the rink and does numerous things throughout the season that are unseen to the public. His encouragement towards Tim Wallace and I has been unwavering over the past few weeks, and he now becomes an integral part of the success we hope to achieve over the coming years”.
Based in the Smeaton Industrial Estate working in the fields of non-fault accident repairs, personal injury claims and general repairs on cars and vans, Scott Gibson Bodyshop has supported the team continuously for almost 2 decades.
“My family and I have been coming here since 2010 and we immediately fell in love with the sport, and with the team” said Scott.
“The Fife Flyers are an integral part of the town of Kirkcaldy and the Kingdom of Fife, and we are delighted to help the team continue to grow. I have real confidence in what the ownership group and the senior leadership team are trying to achieve, and would urge everyone to continue to get behind this project”
“I have been told season ticket sales have been very encouraging, and having a packed Fife Ice Arena can only be a good thing for the team. Tim Wallace has already stated that when full – our fans create the loudest noise in the EIHL. I fully agree. The signings so far have been more than encouraging with a great core of Brits and young talented players. I can’t wait for the new season to start”.
