WORLD CUP WARM-UP (2)

Season Ticket Update

We are delighted to share that over 50% of existing season ticket holders have now renewed for the 2026/27 season, with a steady flow of new fans also taking up our bronze, silver or gold options.

We understand that new concepts bring questions, and I want to thank our incredible staff who worked around the clock to answer all enquiries as quickly as humanly possible. One of the barriers to contacting all supporters promptly has been those sending multiple emails; whilst we never want to dampen enthusiasm, we kindly ask that fans may wait 72 hours before sending a follow-up to allow us to get everyone the answers they need.

This coming Wednesday 24th June, fans can come into Fife Ice Arena with any in person queries or sales and we will have staff on hand to support you from 4.30pm – 7.30pm.

On staffing, we are delighted to share that we have appointed a new Ticketing Lead who will join the team on Monday 29th June. This is another important investment into the Fife Flyers infrastructure and will allow a sole point of contact re ticketing, whether it be season tickets or game night tickets moving forward. One of our existing team members – Stephanie Stroud – has been promoted to the role of Business Support Lead, a pivotal role which reflects her skills and years of dedication to the Fife Flyers.

As promised, we are working hard on the new lounge experience, offering fans the opportunity to upgrade their season ticket and full details will be announced in the next couple of weeks.

Our innovative Season Ticket Partner Scheme is taking shape and once announced will offer fans the best value season ticket in the EHIL with real life savings in and around Fife every month during the season. Details of our “Audience with’ and other official club events will also be made available shortly after the announcement of 2026/27 league and challenge cup fixtures.

There is no question last season was challenging, both on and off the ice. What has got us to this exciting stage is the loyalty and dedication of the fans. I can promise you that this will never be taken for granted and we look forward with cautious optimism.

Our new Head Coach Tim Wallace explained it best:

“When it’s packed, the Fife Ice Arena has the best atmosphere in the league, without a doubt. I’ve learned from my time in the UK that the people of Fife are honest, decent and hard working. The team you see on the ice will reflect that. We will fight from every face-off to the last second to give you a team you can be proud of, and a team you deserve”.
