The Flyers couldn’t make it back to back wins against the Giants for only the third time in al EIHL competitions and are now winless on their last 8 visits to the SSE Arena.
The Giants have only 3 losses on home ice in all competitions this season which is best of all teams.
The Flyers remain winless on the road this term when they lose the 2nd period and are now 0 and 15.
When behind after two periods on the road this season the Flyers are 0 and 20.
The Flyers broke the Giants run of 8 games without conceding a powerplay goal which is the best of all teams so far this season.
The Giants stretched their points streak to 11 games which as their longest productive stretch this season.

The Devils remain the only team that the Flyers have not scored a powerplay goal against this season as they are now 0 for 9
It was the first time in 6 games that the Flyers were a positive at the face off dot.
The Flyers gave up their 3rd empty net goal of the season and their 106th in all EIHL competitions.
All 7 games that the Flyers have been involved in this term with an empty net goal scored have been on home ice.
The Devils have 10 empty netters against the Flyers in the EIHL era.
161 penalty minutes in the game is the 2nd most in a Flyers game in the EIHL era – the most being the 309 against the Capitals in March 2012.
Johan Porsberger leads the team across all EIHL competitions this season for even strength goals.
