Flames extended their best ever unbeaten streak against the Flyers in all EIHL competitions to 9 games.
When behind after two periods on the road this season the Flyers are now 0 and 17.
Ethan Somoza assumed the team leading points streak at 5 games.
It was the fastest goal scored by the Flyers this season at 00:39 and their fastest since scoring in 29 seconds against the Steelers on 21st January 2024.
The powerplay goals scored streak ended at 6 consecutive games.
It was the first time in 7 games that the Flames scored a powerplay goal which was a season high drought.

Fife Flyers 4 Dundee Stars 2 – Elite League
The Flyers have points in all 7 competitive meetings with the Stars this season which is their best sequence of results against their Tayside opponents in the past 12 years.
Anton Karlsson now has the active team leading points streak which stands at 5 games.
Flyers have points in their last five home games which is their most productive stretch at Fife Ice Arena since February 2024.
The Flyers were ahead for 56:10 in the game which is longest lead they have held this season.
David Booth had 10 shots on goal which is a new team high for the season.
Spencer Naas had a team leading 26:20 time on ice for a Stars forward in a game this season.
