Guildford Flames 5 Fife Flyers 2 – Elite League
It was an 8th consecutive winless game against the Flames which is now Guildford’s best sequence of results against the Flyers in all EIHL competitions.
Congratulations to Logan Neilson on first game for the Flyers and he was the 25th player to make his Flyers debut this season which remains the second most players in any season all-time for the club.
Neilson became the 40th player to score in his first competitive game for the club in the EIHL era and 184th player all-time to achieve this feat.
The number 62 jersey has now been worn by 7 different Flyers players this season.
There are now only 7 players who have been ever present this season.
Shane Owen recorded an assist in the game which is his 11th helper during his Flyers career.
The Flyers scored their first powerplay goal in 8 games where they had a man advantage opportunity, they are now 1 for 18 in those games.

Fife Flyers 1 Nottingham Panthers 4 – Elite League
This was the Panthers 10th consecutive win against the Flyers and their 7th consecutive win on Flyers ice which set a new best streak for them at Fife Ice Arena in all EIHL competitions.
The Flyers completed their home regular season series against the Panthers having scored 2 goals which is the fewest per game in any EIHL season so far against the Nottingham club. This also equalled a season low at home against a team in regular season play set against the Belfast Giants in season 2011/12.
The Flyers were on the powerplay 5 times which was the most in a game this season.
The Flyers made it consecutive games with a powerplay goal which equals a season high.
The Flyers gave up their second empty net goal of the season and the Panthers have them both.
The Panthers have all of their 6 ENGs this season on the road which is the most of all teams and one behind the Giants for overall empty netters so far this term.
Panthers have now scored the third most ENGs of all teams against the Flyers in all EIHL competitions.
David Noel played a high TOI of 26:33 for a Panthers defenceman this season.
78 face offs were the most in a Flyers game this season.
