Own & Loan Packages launched for 2025/26

With the start of the 2025/26 season now only 2 months away, the Fife Flyers would like to advise supporters of a BRAND NEW fan package.

Heading into the new era, we will be launching Own & Loan packages for fans to show their support for their favourite players.

WHAT IS THE CONCEPT OF OWN & LOAN?

Own & Loan is your opportunity to own one of your chosen player’s official jersey’s for the 2025/26 season, which will be loaned back to them to wear throughout the season.

Own & Loan replaces the previous Player Sponsorship packages for fans. A new Player Sponsorship package is being released for businesses / companies ahead of the new season.

WHAT DO I GET AS PART OF MY OWN & LOAN PACKAGE?

A start-of-season handover evening, where you will meet your player, present them with his jersey and have your photograph taken with your player.

An end-of-season handback, where you will meet your player again, his jersey will be presented back to you and have your photograph taken with your player.

Your name will appear on the back of your chosen Own & Loan jersey.

WHAT WILL OWN & LOAN COST?

Home EIHL Jersey – £400

Road EIHL Jersey – £350

Alternate Challenge Cup Jersey – £300

Home Warm-Up Jersey – £200

Away Warm-Up Jersey – £150

Payments can be made in full by Paypal (we will email you a money request) or you can pay in cash at Fife Ice Arena (when the box office is open on Tuesday’s & Friday’s).

HOW DO I BECOME AN OWN & LOANER?

For NEW players, packages will be released after each signing announcement and will be available for fans on a first-come, first-served basis by emailing commercial@fifeflyers.co.uk.

For RETURNING players, 2024/25 Player Sponsors (those players that were sponsored by fans and not businesses) will be offered first refusal. The Flyers office will be in touch once the player is confirmed as returning.

Please note: Your name (must be a personal name, not a business) will be listed on the back of each player’s jersey you’ve Own & Loaned plus the player’s profile on the Flyers website.

The club reserves the right to refuse a name choice on the back of the Own & Loan jersey, if it’s deemed to be disrespectful or derogatory.

Paylines determine which symbol positions on a slot actually count toward a win. Older machines used a single line across the centre, while modern titles run dozens or replace lines entirely with a ways to win system. The difference changes both the stake and the shape of the returns.

How Line Count Shapes Your Stake

On a fixed line game the stake is the line bet multiplied by the full line count, so a twenty line slot at ten cents a line costs two dollars a spin. Players sizing their stakes often Betmica Casino to check line counts before choosing a title. Adjustable line games allow fewer lines and a smaller total bet, but switching lines off also removes the chances of hitting anything on them.

StructureTypical CountBet Basis
Classic lines1 to 9Per line
Modern fixed20 to 50Per line
Ways to win243 to 1,024Flat multiple
  • Multiply the line bet by the line count to find the real stake
  • Turning lines off lowers cost and coverage together
  • Ways to win titles charge a flat total per spin

No line configuration improves the long run return, since that figure is fixed by the game rather than by the settings. What the structure does control is the cost per spin and how often small wins appear. Set a total budget, work out the spin cost from it, and treat the numbers on the description as information rather than promise.
