We are delighted to offer Season Tickets on sale at both our box office and online this season.
Season Tickets Renewals will go live on Monday 16th June at 10am.

Box Office Hours During the Summer:
The Box Office services will be reduced during the off season however there will be staff on site in the Box Office on the following days throughout June to August:
Tuesday’s 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Friday’s 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Payment can be made in full (online or at the box office) or why not sign up for our 5 month direct debit payment plan via email or from our box office.
Previous Season Ticket Holders will need to enter their most recent/up to date barcode for their season ticket from the 2024/25 season into the Member Claim white box on the renewals page, then click continue. This can be found on the ticket app if you downloaded your season ticket to there. Otherwise it will be on the original booking email.
When renewing, please double check your correct seat has been highlighted.
Please note that NEW applicants will only be able to purchase seats that are showing as available, and will not be able to purchase previously held season ticket seats until Fri 25th July when any un-renewed seats will be put on general sale.
Applications Online and at the Box Office for Children & Concessions
Please note that when applying for a Child or Concession Season Ticket you will have to provide the following details:
– Full Name
– Date of Birth
– Photo ID/ID confirming proof of concession/date of birth (Driving License, Birth Certificate, Passport etc)
You will not be able to progress with the application Online or at the Box Office without providing/uploading proof of ID for Children/Concessions.
Additional Child Tickets
If you are a previous Season Ticket Holder who has Additional Child Tickets, you will be able to renew these seats online.
If you’re are a NEW applicant looking to book an Additional Child Season Ticket, you will have to do this by email tickets@fifeflyers.co.uk or at the Box Office
Direct Debit
There is a £20 Admin Fee to set up the Direct Debit, which must be paid in full at the time of paying the deposit.
You must provide and check all details on the DD form, it is important that you provide all the details requested including the address for your bank, and your signature. When making the renewal/new application you will be asked for a £75.00 deposit per ticket, plus the £20 Admin Fee (only chargeable once, to the person who will instruct the DD), plus the £4.95 Handling Fee per Ticket. The balance will be split over 5 monthly payments.
***Please note that if you default on your monthly payments there will be a £25 Late Payment Charge, as this is the fee charged to the club each time that a payment defaults. Also, if there are more than 2 x default payments, the season ticket card will be cancelled.***
***Please ensure your Direct Debit is set up and showing on your account, prior to the first collection date of 29/08/25, any issues you must notify us asap, to avoid late fee charges. Please note that we cannot change the collection date, the same collection date is used for all collections, this has been stipulated by the bank, to avoid additional fees.
Direct Debit forms can be downloaded online or can be sent out via email, or collected from the Box Office.
The club reserve the right to refuse Direct Debit Applications at their discretion.
Season Ticket Cards/App
You will be able to download your Season Ticket into your Apple or Google Wallet, instructions on how to do this will be contained in your Season Ticket confirmation email.
Alternatively you can download the Fife Flyers Ticket App powered by Future Ticketing.
If you would like a Season Ticket Card, this can be requested at the time of booking at the Box Office, or via email tickets@fifeflyers.co.uk for an additional fee of £8. Please note we will not print cards unless requested.
Season Ticket Terms of Sale
1. Season Tickets are based on 33 competitive games at Fife Ice Arena (27 x League Games and 6 x CC Games, as directed by the club). Please note that fixtures can and may be changed at short notice and season tickets will be valid for the new fixture.
2. Previous season ticket seats will be withheld from general sale until 25/07/25.
3. All Direct Debit payments require a deposit of £75.00 per ticket, to be paid at the time of booking and then 5 x equal monthly payments as detailed.
4. Monthly Direct debit Payments will be taken on the 29th of each month (no other dates can be selected) or the next working day. Monthly payments will start on 29th August 2025 and end on 29th December 2025.
5. There is a £20.00 Admin Fee to set up ALL Direct Debits. This will be required at the time of booking your Season Tickets, when also making your Deposit payment, this covers the cost of posting DD forms, admin staff setting up the DD each month etc. This is a one off payment, per Direct Debit set up, and not per ticket (e.g if you have 4 x Season Tickets on 1 x Direct Debit, there would only be a fee of £20.00 for this set up as only 1 x DD being set up).
6. Direct Debit mandates must be signed and completed by Friday 25th July 2025 to allow us time to set up the DD and also post off the forms, in time for the first collection on 29th August 2025.
7. Failed direct debit payments are subject to an administration charge of £25.00. You will be asked to sign a waiver confirming that you are aware of this charge, at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt about being able to pay on the 29th of each month, we would recommend that you pay in full rather than by Direct Debit, to avoid incurring extra charges during the DD period.
8. Those wishing to pay via Direct Debit must either email tickets@fifeflyers.co.uk to request seats, make the deposit payment, sign the waiver and complete & email/post the signed DD form, or this can be done in person at the Box Office. You will not be able to book seats via the online system, if selecting to pay via Direct Debit.
9. Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club. We reserve the right to reallocate seats where necessary.
10. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Fife Flyers Ltd’.
11. Existing Season Ticket Holders’ seats will be reserved until 25/07/25, at which point they will be released for general sale.
12. Family Ticket Option = If you have paid for 2 x Adults & 1 x Child in Full or 1 x Adult and 2 x Children in Full, you can add Additional Children at a discounted rate, to the order. Please note that this is open to immediate family only, not extended family and cannot be shared across non immediate family/groups. We will request proof of D.O.B for all children and concessions. All seats in a family ticket to run consecutively and no spaces/different blocks will be accepted.
13. Please note that there is £4.95 Handling Fee on each ticket, this will be reflected on your final balance and due at the time of purchase.
14. Child = Age 15 and under as of 31/08/2025. Those aged 3 or over, as of 31/08/25 will require a seat and cannot sit on a parent/guardians knee.
15. Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket to attend games but MUST sit on a parent/guardians knee throughout the game. If a seat is required, this would be charged at the Standard Child Rate.
• Concession – Age 65+ years as at 31/08/2025. Those registered in Full Time Education (aged 16+ years) as of 31/08/25. You must be registered with an Educational Institute by 31/08/25, proof of course acceptance will be required at the time of booking. Those who are registered disabled/Blue Badge Holders,proof of concession will be required at the time of booking.
• Registered Disabled – must be in receipt of mid or high rate DLA/PIP, proof of DLA/PIP level to be supplied.
• Students over 16 in full time education – A letter from your college or University will need to be supplied even if previously supplied.
• Season Tickets will be cancelled without refund if not supplied.
16. Season Tickets are transferable, if used by someone within the same category.
17. Tickets will be provided digitally. A physical card can be provided at an additional cost of £8.
18. Wheelchair bays will be reserved for allocation by the club.
19. It is not possible to move seats once season tickets have been removed from sale.
20. No refunds after purchase.
In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that Fife Flyers have the right to:
1. Remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
2. Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
3. Offer special promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
• In order to make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. If you are purchasing online, you must also have a Fife Flyers account and a valid credit/debit card issued in your name.
• By purchasing one or more Items from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Purchase Policy. If you do not agree with this Purchase Policy or any other applicable terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with any of them, then you must not make a purchase.
• We reserve the right from time to time to make changes to the terms of this policy. Where we make any such changes, we shall post the updated version of this terms and conditions on our website. Therefore, we recommend you check the terms and conditions policy regularly to stay informed of the most up to date version. All purchases are subject to the applicable version of this terms and conditions that was published at the time of purchase. If you do not agree with any revised version of this terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with it, then you must not make a purchase.
