This evening the Fife Flyers, sponsored by Arnold Clark Mercedes-Benz, take on the Belfast Giants in their massive Challenge Cup Quarter Final 2nd leg tie. 

Following the sides first leg tie in Kirkcaldy back on the 16th of December, Todd Dutiaume's side go into tonight's game with a 3-3 aggregate score.

Flyers are in hugely impressive form going into the deciding game having won 12 of their last 13 EIHL league games.

Back in the opening leg, Adam Keefe's side took a 3-1 lead in the opening period with Evan Bloodoff getting the Flyers first goal.

December player of the month Carlo Finucci and Danick Gauthier tied the game up thanks to goals in the second period, leaving the tie in the balance going into the second leg this evening at the SSE Arena Belfast. 

Flyers fans are able to watch all the action from tonight's game in Belfast via live.belfastgiants.com for £10, or alternatively Fife Flyers sports bar and night club, Society, will be showing the game live as well as serving meals upto 8pm.

Elite Ice Hockey League

The Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) is a professional ice hockey league in the United Kingdom formed in 2003. The league currently consists of 12 teams, with Braehead (SCO), Belfast (NIR), Cardiff (WAL), Coventry (ENG), Dundee (SCO), Edinburgh (SCO), Fife (SCO), Guildford (ENG), Manchester (ENG), Milton Keynes (ENG), Nottingham (ENG) and Sheffield (ENG).
