Fife Flyers were delighted in the summer to announce that Kettle Produce Ltd would be returning as the club's official community sponsors for season 2017/18.

This renewed partnership has this year seen Fife Flyers build on the successful school visits programme, which last season saw us reach out to 25 Fife primary schools and to an estimated 4,160 pupils!

Senior staff from Kettle Produce, who last year celebrated their 40th anniversary, appeared on a number of school visits to educate children on how vegetables are sourced, packed and distributed to their customers across the UK. Children received a Kettle goody-bag including coloured pencils. A special Kettle Produce poster competition was also run throughout last season with winners picked every month to receive a club shop voucher on the ice from their favourite Flyers player!

John McGregor of Kettle Produce said: "We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Fife Flyers, promoting healthy eating and lifestyle throughout our Fife community."

Ross Cunningham, Flyers' Media & Community Officer, added: "The Club were delighted that Kettle Produce Ltd came back on board for this season. With their help we were able to reach out to more schools and pupils last season than ever before and we're looking to continue that strong community involvement this season."
